Your SureTrack Feedback is Important to Us!
As a followup to our blog post on ProDemand Feedback, we thought it might be useful to explain the feedback system in SureTrack and how it differs from ProDemand. At this point, there are slightly different processes for ProDemand and SureTrack feedback and it’s important to understand how they each work so that you can use them effectively to get your issue addressed as quickly and completely as possible.
In the SureTrack program there are a couple of ways to provide feedback. The first is the “SureTrack Feedback” button that is on the side of all screens. You can use this button for most feedback about the system. When you click on this button, you will be presented with a form with three tabs across the top: Share an Idea, Report a Problem, and Give Praise. These choices are pretty self-explanatory. If you have an idea for improving the product, use the first one. Use the second if you have a problem with the program, such as an unexpected error message or the search doesn’t work as expected. Of course, the third option is to give us praise. It’s always nice to hear what’s working well and helping you the most.
Another way to provide feedback in SureTrack is by clicking the Support button in the main navigation menu – see the screenshot below. The Support page includes a form where you can submit the same kind of information as the “Report a Problem” tab on the previously mentioned feedback form. The form here also provides us with your account information so that we will be able to contact you if needed to address your issue.

So, what are the differences between SureTrack and ProDemand feedback? For one, most of the feedback we get from ProDemand is about data content and navigation. In SureTrack, most feedback is about account informaiton and search. Just like in ProDemand, we take all SureTrack feedback seriously and genuinely appreciate our community members sharing their thoughts. It really helps us know what areas of the program need improvement.
